  • Consume lean protein- Skinless chicken or turkey breast, white fish, shrimp
  • Adequate Fluid intake- drink at least half of your body weight in water everyday (at least 2-4 Liters of water)
  • Having meals and snacks- choose a variety of healthy foods to have at meals and snacks throughout the day e.g. protein shake/smoothies, protein bars and protein chips.
  • Choose complex carbohydrates – whole grains, brown rice.
